Event WifiEvent Wifi provides reliable internet and Wifi for events. Since 2009 Event Wifi provides temporary Wifi for indoor and outdoor events. We have extensive experience with high-density Wifi / large numbers of (concurrent) users e.g. for tech-events.

Event Wifi is a product of the Event Engineers, a company with years of experience in the event industry. We're known for thorough preparations, quick deployment and turn-key delivery of projects. During the event we provide either remote monitoring or on-site service of the network depending on the customer’s demands. Afterwards we produce a simple but decisive report on the usage and performance of the network.

Wifi Check

Almost every event venue provides internet access or Wifi nowadays, but how reliable is it and how heavy is it going to be used by smartphone and tablet users at the event? Tough questions, especially with continuously improving technologies.

Recently, The Event Engineers launched the Wifi Check in order to facilitate the event with the appropriate ICT facilities. With a Wifi Check the desired requirements of a particular event and the available ICT infrastructure of an event location will be compared in order to determine the most efficient way to provide a reliable network during the event. This way, you can be sure that the internet is working properly without paying for unnecessary services.

A high quality of internet services is achieved by the deployment of first class equipment. To deliver rock-solid wifi we use centrally managed Ruckus Zoneflex systems. This provides a single point of control for all network connections and makes it possible to guarantee all wireless users a fair amount of bandwidth. Event Wifi has several wifi-sets available which are deployed with a varying number of access points, based upon the event's requirements.

Besides (wireless) internet we can supply power outlets for laptops or provide temporary offices or press rooms with power, internet and VoIP-phones. Over the years we have provided (wireless) internet for events with 40 - 10.000 visitors, both indoor and outdoor.
