Since early 2009 the Event Engineers deliver Event Wifi, guaranteed high-quality wireless internet for events. As from 2012 the Event Engineers are preferred Wifi partner for Emerce, an event organisor with a multi channel platform for online business, media en marketing. In the past we were Mobile Monday's Wifi partner, untill the last MoMo was held om May 30, 2011. Below you'll find examples of different kinds of events were Event Wifi has been available.

TEDx Amsterdam

TEDx AmsterdamIn 2009 we provided a reliable wifi network for 300 concurrent users for TEDx Amsterdam.  Besides the wifi network 70 wired connections (utp and power) were made available for the press. In the weeks before the event the Event Engineers were the central point of information regarding all network issues for both the TEDx organisation and the venue. Thanks to the thorough preparations, there were no last-minute surprises regarding the required internet connections and everything ran smoothly.

As a consequence we've provided a wifi network for the editions of 2010, 2011 and 2012 as well.

Matt Francis, Imagination: "The system that Event Engineers provided us with was a scaleable solution that had 100% uptime throughout the event over a 10 day period. Throughout the event they were able to respond to many changes on the fly by providing additional coverage in high traffic areas and assisting our partners by providing multiple secure SSID's and segregated VLANS to the more mission critical elements of the event. The level of service that was provided from Event Engineers exceeded our expectations, with a strong onsite presence and continual monitoring of the performance of the whole network from a central location any issues that did occur were resolved in a matter of minutes ensuring a smooth and hassle free experience for all involved."
"Once again many thanks"

After the Next Web 2009 conference Boris Veldhuijzen van Zanten noted:

"People expect a wireless network and connectivity at a web conference. And they expect it to work too. unfortunately it usually doesn’t. Every edition of The Next Web Conference suffered from some problems. This year, it was almost perfect."

Jim Stolze (Organisator TEDx Amsterdam since 2009):
"In 2009 we organised TEDx in Amsterdam for the first time. The expectations were really high from the start. As part of the team the Event Engineers helped to exceed them. It was their task to deliver a perfect internet service for the organisation and wifi for the audience and press. All went well and we've received many compliments for the quality of the internet services."

"The Event Engineers, thanks guys!"
